This is a journaling session. We will be leveraging Futures Thinking/Foresight frameworks for personal decision making.

The world around us is opening us to infinite possibilities and new ways of being. These are times of constant reflection for all of us. To assist in that, we will be using structured frameworks to help us analyze and fully own up our past in the most gentle way possible. During the session, we will go through prompts that will help us:

1) Integrate the last 7 years of our life & identify the themes for the next 7 years

- Find patterns, themes and many new ahas & insights from the past

2) Visually demarcate old and new paradigm ways of being on a personal level
