The seminar is particularly relevant for those who are preparing for school interviews including DSA, Scholarships, Local or Overseas School Entrance interviews as well as internship interviews.

The speaker:

Hwang Siew Ling is the founder of Discovering Potential and she specialises in providing Interview Skills Coaching to youths and adults. Her experience includes both group coaching and 1-on-1 coaching for a wide range of industries and age groups. Her ability to bring out the best in every individual has benefitted those who are looking to excel in their scholarship, entrance and job interviews. She has experience training and delivering programs to a wide range of clients, from individuals to corporates and government organisations. Siew Ling is also a MOE registered trainer.

​Siew Ling is a Certified Advanced Behavioural and Career Consultant. She is also a Certified Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), a Certified Practitioner of NLP Coaching and a Certified Practitioner of Time Line Therapy. In addition, Siew Ling is also certified in other psychometric tools including the MBTI Step I and Step II. She leverages on the use of her skills in NLP and personality tools to enhance the Interview Skills Coaching program, and brings forth a new depth of tailoring interview skills to every individual's natural personality.

Siew Ling started her career as an Investment Banker with JPMorgan, executing merger and acquisition deals in Singapore and in the South East Asian region. She then went on to serve with the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore in the Commercial Management department. Siew Ling then joined Temasek Holdings as an Associate Director on their Investments team, focusing on the aviation industry, before joining the Human Resource department, specialising in Training and Development.

​She then went on to start up three companies of her own, and has honed entrepreneurial, leadership and people skills in developing and managing these companies over the last decade.

Siew Ling’s combination of knowledge in behaviours, personalities, neuro-linguistics programming as well as her experience from the corporate and entrepreneurial world makes her a unique trainer who is able to bring forth the best in people. She was an ASEAN scholar and graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics and Finance), First Class Honours from The University of Melbourne, Australia
