When Malaysia entered it’s first COVID-19 Movement Control Order on 18th March 2020 industry across the country was thrown into the unknown. Frequently changing regulations, confusion on the ability to maintain manufacturing, a surge in global demand for electronic devices, and the overwhelming need to protect the physical and economic health of employees put extreme demands on industry leaders. In this presentation Glen will show how an organization of over 6000 people adapted to handle a changing world that will likely never return to the previous “normal”, and how decisive leadership is critical to survival.
