I am new to forest therapy and/or yoga nidra, can I join?

Is the retreat conducted outdoors? Where is the exact venue?

Yes, the retreat is designed to be conducted entirely outdoors. That said, we might / can adjourn to a shelter for certain segments when required. The exact venue details will be shared with participant(s) after confirmation.

What happens if it rains?

This is a light rain or shine event. The event is cancelled only in the event of very heavy prolonged downpour / thunder storm. You will be contacted at least 30 min prior to start time. If cancelled, you can reschedule (subject to availability).

What do I need to bring?

Bring rain gear (umbrella / raincoat), water, sun protection, insect repellent, other personal items and medications (if required). A more detailed information kit will be sent to you after confirmation.
