About this event

Feeling blah during the pandemic? Are you suffering from stress, anxiety, or burnout?

Here's a good place to start working on some of these things. Our Intro to Mindfulness 101 session will provide a backdrop on what mindfulness is and how you can incorporate it into your daily life and manage the feelings you encounter.

We also provide an overview of our 4-week Mindfulness 101 course, led exclusively by qualified Mindfulness instructor Han Ee Lim.

What is Mindfulness 101?

Adapted from the world-renowned Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program by Dr Jon Kabat-Zinn, rediscover freedom in this 4-week online course.

Learn how you can develop the fundamentals of a sound mindfulness practice with deliberate practice & application. Tailored for beginners, Mindfulness 101 breaks down the concept of mindfulness to tackle the “what’s” and “why’s” of the topic. Led by Han Ee Lim, we will provide a grounding in the neuroscience of mindfulness and share simple yet powerful practices and strategies to bring mindfulness into our daily lives.

Through the Mindfulness 101 course, you can look forward to having an open conversation with our instructors and your fellow participants. As the program is structured on a cohort basis, we highly recommend that your attendance be compulsory for all 4 weeks (22 Feb, 1, 8 & 15 March).

Our interactive course are held in The Mindful Village, a community by Emerge Performance created for People Professionals to kickstart their self-care journey. We have lots to offer in the village for you to continue developing your mindfulness practice.
