About the Teacher:

Bro Tan Beng Hock is trained as a mechanical engineer. He started meditation since 1980, and he will share his past trials on what will and will not work on the mechanics of meditation. His engaging style of instructions is to tailor to each person's specific needs, and systematically allow participants to discover that meditation can be a science from the very beginning.
