About this event

Self-compassion is not self-indulgence. Learn how to extend the same level of care towards yourself as you would to a loved one in need. We're kicking off our Mindfulness Community session where we will share about self-compassion and how it involves responding to difficult thoughts and feelings with kindness, sympathy and understanding.
