Hi, I'm YC and i would like to share my unusual side passion: locksport, the hobby of picking locks for fun and intellectual challenge.
Over the years, I’ve been actively involved in locksport booths at cybersecurity events like NUS GreyCTF, Black Hat Asia, and OffbyOne, and I was recently invited to speak at Black Hat Asia 2025.
As a way of giving back to the community, I’ve been running beginner-friendly workshops to introduce more people to this fascinating and legal hobby. These sessions have been very well received, and I’ve been refining the content based on participant feedback to make them even better.
We currently have a workshop on 23 Aug open for registration! This is a special session as local media will be filming at the event for a TV programme. The size of this workshop (12 pax) is smaller than previous workshops allowing for more personalised instruction.
