The Organiser is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the event. Participants are advised to secure their personal belongings.
The Organiser is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters or government actions.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration.
