Can I walk-in and purchase a pass for the event instead?

Accepted Answer

All attendees are required to purchase a pass  to ensure that they are able to secure their seat. We will only be able to accept walk-in(s) if seats are still available.

I require sponsorship due to financial constraints. How do I request for sponsorship?

Question 3

What is the difference for between physical and online pass?

Accepted Answer

This course will be conducted in-person and livestreamed online on Zoom. Online attendees may attend this course from wherever they are as long as they have access to the internet. Do note that online pass is not for physical attendance or walk-in on the day of the course.

Can I PayNow or bank transfer the fees instead as I do not own a debit/credit card?

Please write in to us  with your name, contact no. and gender so we can register for you manually and send you the necessary information for bank transfer payments.

I would like to cancel my pass and request a refund.

Accepted Answer

Please write in to us and we will help to process your refund. It is best that you find a replacement to attend instead.

Question 6

Does accompanying children need a physical pass?

Accepted Answer

We would love for you to bring your children along to our courses. However, should they need a seat (above 5 years old), it is highly recommended that you purchase a seat for them. As for younger children, please ensure that your child is supervised to refrain from being lost or unwanted accidents.

Question 7

Can I bring food or drinks into the venue?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, the venue does not permit any food and beverage into the auditorium. Only bottled drinks are allowed.

I am unable to attend it physically on the day of the event. Can I get the online access?

Do let us know and we will provide you with the livestreaming link. We highly encourage that you commit to attending it physically as the seats are limited if it is fully-booked and there may be a waiting list.

Question 9

Will I get a recording or replay of the event?

Accepted Answer

All physical and online attendees for the event will be given a 90-days access link to the recording of the event. Subsequently, the recording will be made available on our subscription app, AQATV, for $19.99 monthly.

Filming

Accepted Answer

Professional filiming and photography will be recorded / livestreaming on the day of the course. If you do not wish to be filmed, please let us know or avoid the cameras.

Seating Arrangement

Seatings will be segregated between male and female. We encourage you to arrive early should you wish to book your seats. Also do close the gaps between the seats for a seamless experience for everyone.
