Building on our previous ITIL® 4 Beyond Foundation Seminar held last year, BridgingMinds is excited to host a seminar introducing the newly launched ITIL® 4 Specialist: Monitor, Support & Fulfil (MSF)certification module.
This session will provide IT professionals and ITIL® 4 Foundation graduates with insights into the five key practices: Incident Management, Service Desk, Service Request Management, Problem Management, and Monitoring & Event Management. Participants will discover how these practices work together to strengthen IT service management, improve performance, and enhance user experience.
The seminar also marks the official launch of the MSF course, which will have its first run in 24–28 November 2025.
