Water bottle
Face towel (to wipe off excess cream)
Body towel (to place on yoga mat — mats provided)
Note: Please trim your nails before the session — short nails help you perform the techniques more effectively.
👕 What to Wear:
Loose-fitting camisole (for access to shoulders, chest, and underarms)
Optional: cardigan or light jacket for warmth
