Job Redesign Capability Development Workshop: AI-enabled HR

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is fundamentally reshaping how HR work is performed. As a result, traditional HR functions are being reimagined—shifting from transactional support to more strategic, advisory, and tech-enabled roles.

To support organisations in navigating this transformation, IHRP is introducing our pilot edition of the Job Redesign Capability Development Workshop (AI enabled HR), with a strong focus on how AI is driving the redesign of HR roles and workflows.

This pilot goes beyond introducing Job Redesign concepts. While the principles can be applied across HR functions, this workshop will take a deeper dive into the Talent Acquisition (TA) function as a practical use case. Participants will explore how AI is transforming the recruitment landscape, the AI tools that are changing how talent is sourced, screened, assessed, and engaged, and the resulting shifts in the roles, responsibilities, and capabilities required of TA professionals.

Through AI-focused case studies and guided application, participants will incorporate these insights into a structured Job Redesign Action Plan (JRAP) aligned to business outcomes.
