Meet the Journey Guides

Anson Poh is the Assistant Centre Manager at HCA Hospice’s Oasis@Outram Day Hospice, where he manages its day-to-day operations. He has a background in Social Work and 11 years of work experience in trauma-informed care, primarily working with traumatised children coping with adverse childhood experiences.

Charmaine Wong is an Executive at HCA Hospice’s Oasis@Outram Day Hospice. She recently graduated from NTU with a degree in Business specializing in HR Consulting. Her passion for creating meaningful and inclusive experiences grew through community work and HR internships, inspiring her to now support programmes that bring dignity and joy to patients in their final chapter of life.
