The Fitness Bank LLC is proud to announce and introduce our new fitness class
"JUMP " Did you know that trampoline exercises has 50 % less impact on the joints such as your hips, ankles and knees, if you hate running, working out on the elliptical or are just simply board with your cardio activity. It's time to JUMP ( jump up, move and push yourself ) yes this class is cardio infused but in the most innovative way we are aiming to shred fat and build film, toned lean muscle on the entire body by implementing resistance bands and core exercises all while Maintaining calorie burn on the oval shape trampoline.
Please Note: There is a 250lb weight capacity
Please arrive 15 minutes early for trampoline set up and safety tips, once class start our doors will be locked and you will be not able to attend the class. Unfortunately there are no refunds so please arrive on time and come experience fitness on a different level. This class is for all fitness levels.
