Kampung Glam Walking Tour - Learn The Rich History With Experienced Guide

Long before Kampong Glam became the colourful district we know today, a vibrant village grew around the home of the Sultan. Traders flocked here with their families, built mosques and shops that reflected their faith and identity.

On this tour, you will learn the history that made this village what it is. The plight of the Sultan, the legacy of a household and the journey of faith of the pilgrims that gave this place a unique history and significance. 1. The meeting place is outside Lavendar MRT Exit B
2. This tour is scheduled for about 2 hours depending on the group size & walking pace.
3. Choose attire (including shoes) that keeps you cool and comfortable for extended walking and standing.
4. Due to the nature of this tour, we do not recommend bringing young children, especially with strollers or prams.
5. We will be visiting a mosque. Please have your shoulders and knees covered.
6. Have your water bottles with you to stay hydrated.
7. Bring an umbrella as this is a rain or shine event.
