About the Programme:

A visually-led, fun and interactive session for kids and kidults, exploring financial wellbeing. The workshop will cover topics ranging from saving, budgeting, temptations to spend, needs vs wants and more. Run by visual literacy experts, participants will use slow looking and observation to learn.

This is a parent-child workshop, and is suitable for children aged 8-12 years old.

About the Speaker:

EYEYAH! works to create a world where innovative mindsets are nurtured from young, inspiring the new generation to build a more equal and environmentally conscious society.

Blending topical issues ranging from internet safety and food wellness, with cutting-edge creativity, EYEYAH! presents an illustrated guide to modern society. We connect designers to children, educators and parents through publications, exhibitions and experiences.

We work with designers to develop a visual language and learning methodology which sparks young people’s awareness and social emotional development. Using this ‘Visual Language’ we are able to approach difficult subjects in an approachable way, using illustration to spark curiosity, build observation and start conversations. This process helps break down barriers in communication and develop visual literacy, creative and critical thinking.
