The Heart+Mind Heroes Club is an 8-session social-emotional development journey for children aged 5–10. Grounded in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and evidence-based social learning strategies, this small-group experience nurtures emotional regulation, positive behaviour, confidence, cooperation, and healthy friendships.
Each session stands alone but builds on a common thread—helping kids become heroes of their own minds and hearts. Through guided play, story-based learning, collaborative games, role-play, and hands-on activities, children will develop:

🧩 Program Structure:
Each session runs for 90 minutes, structured around:
- Hero Storytime or Scenario (relatable, engaging mini-stories)
- Skill Spotlight (targeted lesson)
- Interactive Games (to reinforce the skill)
- Reflection & Take-home Connection (to apply at home)
(Includes all materials and take-home reflection tools. Minimum 3 children to begin group.)
