Kids Read, Parents Chat
Overview
What's Happening: Join local storyteller Ms. Rachelyn Gordon for "A Walk Through Rosie's Neighbourhood"
Inspired by Rosie and the Mamak Shop, this interactive workshop takes preschoolers on a sensory-rich story walk through a Singapore neighbourhood. Kids will explore hands-on stations like spice trays, sari fabrics, old-school games and mini food displays. They’ll end by creating a simple storyboard based on their own neighbourhoods.
- Interactive storytelling that brings Singapore's kampung spirit alive
- 4 hands-on stations where children explore, create, and play
- Your choice: Join your child at the stations OR take a breather at our parent chat corner
The Parent Chat Corner: While the kids are engaged, parents can gather at a separate networking table to share real talk about raising happy, healthy kids in the digital age. Just parents supporting parents.
