FAQs
What do I need to bring for the classes?
If you're attending AcroYinyasa, Barre or a Yoga class mats will be provided! Just bring your own towels to wipe down. If you're attending bootcamp or a Pound Fit class bring shoes! We have a water dispenser and you can purchase food and drinks.
Are there showers and changing rooms?
There are no showers unfortunately but there are changing rooms and toilets. We will provide body wipes on the day!
Can I just come to hang out?
Sure! We would love your company to hang out, browse and check out what the vendors are carrying!
