1. Manan Qureshi | Entrepreneur, Podcaster, Multi-Industry CISO and Risk, Security & Resilience Executive

Manan is an Entrepreneur, Podcaster and seasoned Multi-Industry Risk, Security & Resilience Industry veteran and executive with 19 years of experience building, managing and nurturing robust multi-country Risk, Security & Resilience postures.​

​In his previous tenures, he has worked in leadership roles both on the management consulting side and on the consumer side across APAC, Middle East, Europe, and North America managing multi-country portfolios across Cyber, Organizational Resilience, and GRC in a range of verticals including Finance, Defense, Telecom, Government and R&D​

As a thought leader and international speaker on the aforementioned domains, he runs the SingaporeLeo Podcast and is based in Singapore.​

2. Dr Ong Chen Hui | Cluster Director, BizTech Group; Infocomm and Media Development Authority

Dr Ong Chen Hui, Cluster Director of BizTech Group at the Infocomm and Media Development Authority (IMDA), where she oversees the agency’s Emerging Technology Programme, 5G innovation and IMDA’s role in the Research, Innovation, Enterprise (RIE20251) national industry efforts in the areas of Artificial Intelligence & Data, Communications & Connectivity and Trust Technologies.

Dr Ong has over two decades of experience in cybersecurity and technology innovation. Prior to her current role at IMDA, she was the APJ Chief Technology Officer in Trustwave – a Singtel company and Principal Member of Technical Staff in DSO National Laboratories, Singapore’s national defence research and development organisation.

3. Prof Yu Chien Siang | Chief Innovation & Trust Officer of Amaris AI

Prof Yu Chien Siang is the Chief Innovation & Trust Officer for Amaris AI, an AI startup that offers full stack AI as a service. Prior to this, he was the Chief Innovation Officer (CIO) of a department in the Ministry of Home Affairs, later of Certis Cisco and was the most senior Computer Security Consultant at the Singapore government. He was also given the Cyber Security Hall of Fame in 2018, an inaugural professional category award from AISP and supported by the Cyber Security Agency.

Prof Yu has been active in the fields of IT leadership, innovation development and its related cultural transformation and IT Security for more than 30 years. During this time, he led numerous national-level IT projects in information security such as the Electronic Road Pricing (ERP), Standard Operating Environment (SOE) etc., IoT security via the ANSES project and homeland security, developing workflow and people identification operational systems.He is currently a member of the Steering Committee on cybersecurity standards.

4. (Moderator) Emil Tan | Co-Founder Division Zero (Div0), Singapore Cybersecurity Community

Emil Tan has experience in many cybersecurity trades – from research and development (R&D), to cybersecurity operations, governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC), and providing cybersecurity consultancy and advisory services.

On top of his day-job in cybersecurity technology and standards planning and development, Emil is the Co-Founder of Division Zero (Div0) — Singapore's largest cybersecurity community group, Organiser of Infosec In the City, SINCON — Singapore's premier techno-centric cybersecurity conference, Board Chairman of Cyber Youth Singapore (CYS), and Advisor of Red Alpha — a cybersecurity talent development company. In recognition of his contributions to Singapore's cybersecurity ecosystem, Emil was awarded the inaugural Cybersecurity Awards in 2018.
