Sadhana is the art of self-discipline, a practice that invigorates the body, harmonizes its energies, and brings clarity to both mind and subconscious. It transcends mere routine; it's a spiritual journey where we confront the tendencies of our mind and ego, inviting the depths of our soul, spirit, and intuition into our lives with love and reverence.

In the realm of Kundalini Yoga, sadhana becomes a path to heightened awareness, refined character, and expanded consciousness. It's about embodying our fullest potential and living as empowered, authentic individuals.

Among all sadhanas, the morning practice reigns supreme. Two and a half hours before sunrise is the time period known as the “ambrosial hours” or the “amrit vela.” During the amrit vela, the sun is at a sixty-degree angle to the Earth and the energy put forth in sadhana has “supercharged” results, which is why many yogis traditionally practice their sadhana at this time.

Taking time before the day begins to focus and concentrate the mind is a powerful benefit of morning sadhana

There are unique benefits to practicing sadhana alone, as well as in a group environment. The yogis teach that sadhana in a group setting serves to enhance group consciousness. Each yogi has a different vibration, and the more people present at sadhana, the more these individual differences balance out to create one harmonious unit.

With group sadhana, the happiness of one person can blend with the sadness of another. As a result, the entire group finds harmony as its energy is directed into the activity of the sadhana practice itself.

By the end of morning sadhana, when everyone's energy has intermixed and merged, many people feel it is easier to communicate and interact with others. This feeling is often described as “being on the same wavelength.” Even outside of our sadhana, we can continue to experi­ence this profound effect throughout the day and may even come to find there are fewer misunderstandings and difficulties in our daily experiences with others.

Through a series of powerful kriyas (sequences), you will harness the transformative energy of Kundalini to awaken your dormant potential and expand your awareness.

🎵 Mantra Meditation: Immerse yourself in the sacred sounds of Kundalini mantras, chanting, and music to elevate your consciousness and connect with the universal vibration. Experience the profound effects of sound vibration as it resonates through your body, mind, and spirit, clearing blockages and opening channels for divine energy to flow.

🕉️ Meditation and Pranayama: Dive deep into meditation and pranayama (breathwork) practices to calm the mind, expand your breath capacity, and awaken the dormant Kundalini energy at the base of the spine. Through guided meditation and breath awareness, you will journey inward to access the infinite reservoir of peace, wisdom, and bliss that resides within you.

Our cozy home studio started in January 2022. This is a space intentionally created for a passionate community of people who seek healing within the mind, heart and spirit. Noel, the owner of the studio, converted the spacious living room into a studio space for events, yoga classes and hangouts! We also have our own therapy room for private healing sessions.

The weekly yoga and healing classes are hosted by Fiona. She has gathered a select group of passionate teachers to share their practices with you.

Here, you will experience a very personal touch and connection with our teachers and space. We operate like a boutique studio and have only up to 6 classes a week. Our vision is to create deeper relationships with our students and followers. To learn and grow together as a community.
