Kundalini Yoga with Omsira

Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of deep awareness and transformation. We cannot practice Kundalini Yoga without experiencing energy shifts into the of one's heart. This science of Kundalini Yoga uses sound, mantra, energy healing, exercises and meditations to release trauma from our energetic beings. It is in our energy field outside our physical bodies, known as the aura, that holds energetic wounds; it is in our physical bodies that holds trauma, biological or generational. When these wounds and trauma are healed, radiance can occur. Radiance is the magnetic frequency that draws in beauty, love, and light.

This isn’t just a yogic practice. It’s a technology of awakening. You don’t need to believe in anything or be spiritually inclined to benefit. Just show up, breathe, move, chant, and feel the shift. The coherence, clarity, and connection you long for are already within you - Kundalini Yoga simply activates it faster.

If you’re a yoga student seeking more than physical asanas, or if you’re a practitioner of other modalities looking to expand your inner experience, Kundalini Yoga offers a potent gateway. It’s less about form and more about frequency - changing your energetic signature, accessing deep states of presence, and living from the soul centre of your being.

Kundalini Yoga doesn’t just stretch your body; it stretches your consciousness, more specifically, your Soul’s consciousness.

What Is Kundalini Yoga Good For?

Here’s a breakdown of what it’s good for, with specific results you can feel and observe:

1. Stress Relief & Emotional Balance

Kundalini Yoga helps regulate the autonomic nervous system, shifting you from fight-or-flight into a parasympathetic, rest-and-restore state. Practices like long deep breathing, Sitali pranayama (cooling breath), and Kirtan Kriya lower cortisol, calm emotional surges, and bring emotional steadiness.

• Releases chronic stress stored in the body and mind

• Balances mood swings by regulating the pituitary gland (master hormone center)

• Reduces anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and hypersensitivity

• Fosters emotional resilience by anchoring you in your center

2. Mental Clarity & Focus

Kundalini kriyas and meditations directly work on the brain’s executive and emotional centers. The rhythmic use of breath, eye focus, and mantra synchronizes brain hemispheres and clears mental fog.

• Increases prefrontal cortex activation for better decision-making

• Clears subconscious mental clutter through repetitive sound and movement

• Enhances concentration, memory recall, and present-moment awareness

• Helps break compulsive thought loops and overthinking

Ego Eradicator is a powerful practice for sharpening mental clarity and clearing mental fatigue.

3. Inner Strength & Resilience

Kundalini builds inner grit by strengthening your nervous system, electromagnetic field (aura), and willpower. The longer you hold postures or practice breath of fire, the more you build both subtle and physical resilience.

• Strengthens mental and emotional tolerance under pressure

• Builds spiritual stamina—the ability to hold your light in hard moments

• Increases core strength, spine stability, and body-mind connection

• Helps you hold your energy even in chaotic environments

Practices like Sat Kriya or Breath of Fire are deeply fortifying to your inner system.

4. Spiritual Awakening

Kundalini Yoga is specifically designed to awaken your higher consciousness. It clears blockages along the central energy channel (Sushumna Nadi) and raises Kundalini energy—your dormant inner intelligence—upward.

• Activates the higher chakras (third eye, crown) for insight and intuition

• Creates deep access to inner knowing and soul truth

• Awakens non-dual awareness, connecting you with the infinite self

• Shifts identity from ego-personality to soul essence

5. Energy Flow & Physical Vitality

Unlike practices that only stretch muscles, Kundalini Yoga purifies the energy channels (nadis) and boosts circulatory, lymphatic, and glandular functions, increasing vitality at a cellular level.

• Increases pranic flow through dynamic breath and movement

• Boosts immune function and oxygen delivery throughout the body

• Enhances organ function (lungs, liver, kidneys) through movement and pressure

• Helps clear stagnation and fatigue from the physical and energy body

Even 3 minutes of Breath of Fire or spinal twists can leave you feeling energized and refreshed.

6. Creativity & Magnetization

By opening the sacral (Svadhisthana) and throat (Vishuddha) energy centers, Kundalini clears blocks to authentic expression and creative flow. It connects your ideas with action through an energized lower body and expanded higher centers.

• Unlocks suppressed creative energy and emotional expression

• Clears fear of visibility, failure, or judgment

• Aligns vision (third eye) with voice (throat) and action (navel center)

• Supports magnetization through focused intention and vibrational alignment

7. Self-Mastery & Sovereignty

Kundalini Yoga develops the neutral mind—a state beyond emotional reactivity and mental bias. It helps you live from your center of inner power, not external influence.

• Cultivates deep self-awareness without judgment

• Trains you to observe without reacting—a hallmark of mastery

• Strengthens your ability to discern and choose from Soul’s consciousness

• Builds personal boundaries and energetic integrity

Mantras like Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo help you embody your sovereignty.
