Introducing Jeremmy &amp; Friends! The first Supper Special of 2019 at Le Binchotan is finally set to begin on 25 April and fans will be thrilled to learn that it will run longer than it ever has, spanning 3 different months with different dishes being presented every few weeks! Simultaneously, it makes the perfect stage for the debut of Jeremmy &amp; Friends. For the first time ever, the special will showcase guest chefs and their personal versions of favorite supper dishes. Jeremmy &amp; Friends kicks off with a gloriously eclectic culinary line-up of ArChan Chan of LeVeL33; Sam Chablani; and Damian D’Silva that brings intriguing new twists to the suppers. WHAT’S BEING SERVED? Every guest chef will present one big plate and one small plate; as host, Jeremmy will present three big plates and three small plates. Though all the dishes will adhere to the main theme of ‘supper’, the motifs of ‘heritage’ and ‘culinary background’ will remain true to each chef.
HOW THIS WILL WORK For the Jeremmy &amp; Friends events, each guest chef will present their dishes with chef Jeremmy’s dishes, and that particular menu will be available for three nights – Thursday, Friday and Saturday. During the Jeremmy &amp; Friends events, the supper dishes will be the one and only focus from 9.30pm all the way until midnight.
Full servings of both chefs’ dishes will be available for first order as a set: a pre-requisite, but not a hardship, at $35++ per person. The approachability of this set is a gesture of welcome to the guests – it’s not just the chefs who are friends at Jeremmy and Friends.
