Great leaders aren’t born—they’re built. This immersive camp is designed to challenge teens to step up, think critically, and lead with confidence in any situation. Through hands-on experiences, group challenges, and real-world leadership scenarios, participants will develop the skills, mindset, and resilience to take charge of their future.

Day 1: Self-Leadership – Understanding Myself

Day 3: Decision-Making, Problem-Solving and Resilience

Day 4: A mini Kintsugi Class (focusing on Resilience), Leading a Team
