THE CLASS EXPERIENCE

This 60 minute session is conducted in-studio in the lovely healing space of Shan Living.

At the start of every session, you will be given a quick energy reading and assessment on your 7 chakras by the teacher. This information will guide you in where you should focus more on fine-tuning during the class.

There are several ways to heal a chakra energy block, that includes sound, visuals, mudras and consciousness. We will explore different techniques in each class.

If you are new to Chakra, simply let the teacher know and she will guide you through during the session.

The class is conducted in a foldable cushion chair in the studio, students are advised to bring their own full-length towel to place over the chair for personal hygiene.
