About the Anglo-Chinese School Wind Orchestra

The Anglo-Chinese Wind Orchestra (ACSWO) was established in 1997 by a passionate group of former members of the Anglo-Chinese Junior College Concert Band. This cherished ensemble serves as a place where band alumni can relive their treasured memories and bask in the camaraderie they share.

The year 2012 saw the inauguration of LegACy, ACSWO’s very own annual concert. It serves as a celebration of the rich heritage left behind by ACJC Concert Band alumni, who have played a vital role in shaping the band’s current success.

LegACy 2025: Sentiments

The theme for this year's LegACy 2025 is Sentiments, which refers to a general feeling or emotion. The pieces in the repertoire were curated to explore and reflect the warm sentiments felt by people, evoking deep emotions from a broad range of experiences. From the joys of their childhood, to the sweet nostalgia of a treasured place, and to even the (solemn) awe of historical events, the music is sure to strike a chord with the feelings in our hearts. Join us as we journey through these sentiments that are uniquely personal, yet universally felt.
