Can we learn a thing or two from the world's greatest sleuth? In this talk, senior lecturer Amy Choong combines her expertise in the biological sciences with examples from Sherlock Holmes’s cases to show the ways we can go about observing a situation or person, and how these can be helpful in the workplace and daily living.

About the Speaker

Amy Choong is a Senior Lecturer with the Department of Biological Sciences, National University of Singapore. She teaches Fungal Biology, Botany and Waste. She was an NUS alumnus and her doctorate was from the University of Hong Kong. She has worked with industry, research institutions as well as the civil service
