Joe Chan is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and has over 20 years of experience working with young people and families. With a background in social work, mentoring, and coaching, Joe is passionate about empowering youth to build resilience and purpose.

A graduate of the National University of Singapore, Joe has led impactful youth programs and now serves as the Founder and Director of Ark of Hope Pte Ltd, where he trains and coaches youth, parents, and professionals. His work centers on fostering authentic connections and guiding young people and those who support them towards meaningful growth.
