A Prod Engg Graduate from VJTI-Mumbai and Indl Engg &amp; OR PG from IIT-B, Narendra is serving in the Manufacturing Industry for 26 years now. His core role has been to bring in operational excellence across the value chain, primarily RM to FG. That includes Business Process Re-engineering, Value Stream Mapping, Plant Layouts, Line set-up, Operational Metrics development and digitalization of the same, using Industry 4.0 especially IoT to enable Lean Manufacturing, and implementation of Enterprise-wide IT Systems. Salim Khan is Practice Leader for Manufacturing and Process Improvement at Change Et Al. Salim has experience of 21 years, worked for Mahindra and Mahindra and Tata Motors Aerospace Plant. As a consultant, he worked for more than 150 companies driving lean, six sigma, productivity, and profitability transformation projects. Leading to remarkable improvements in cost, lead times, quality, and profitability.
