Join us for an immersive marine arts experience at St. John's Island National Marine Laboratory!


Hosted by The Arts Fission Company Ltd, Our Blue Spaces and St. John's Island National Marine Laboratory, step into the fascinating world of coral reefs as we bring you on a journey from lab to ocean! In this kids friendly event, participants will witness how corals reared in the laboratory are restored to their natural habitat. Guided by marine scientists, you’ll take part in a coral restoration workshop at the St. John's Island National Marine Laboratory and enjoy a short tour to observe live corals up close! And with all that wonder and inspiration from the amazing marine life, the workshop will culminate in a coral-inspired art session facilitated by professional creative artists.
