Event description
Will the development and adoption of new technologies like 5G networks, Augmented Reality and AI actually make an impact on our daily life?

About this Event

2020 is finally here, starting a new decade that is expected to be incredibly exciting for the development and adoption of new technologies. 5G networks, Augmented Reality (AR), AI and many others are likely to disrupt many industries in the year to come, in what many call the “4th Industrial Revolution”. Will all these technologies come to fruition and bring the level of disruption that they promise?

We have seen in the past that enthusiasm and hype for new technologies did not necessarily translate into the expected results. VR has failed to reach mass adoption while autonomous cars seem to be encountering many bumps on their way to take over human drivers. The hype surrounding blockchain and cryptocurrencies has also cooled off in recent times.

So what exactly should we expect and what are the technologies that will actually make an impact on our daily life? As a business, what disruptions can we expect in our industry and what are the opportunities?

Join us and a panel of experts to lead the discussion and share their predictions for 2020 and beyond.
