Event description:
When it comes to making friends, everyone agrees that internal factors, such as personality, are crucial. However, for this niche event, we are also considering external factors, such as looks and charisma. This event is a drinks or snacks meetup for individuals who prefer a more focused, small-medium group session within a specific age range. Please take note of the following requirements:
i) Age range and status: 20s to 35, as of last birthday. Never-married before and without marriage records in Singpass app.
ii) Personality: friendly, communicative, and sincere in knowing new friends.
iii) External factors: pleasant and above-average looking, or possess a charisma equivalent to pleasant looks.
iv) Photo submission: please submit 2 recent and clear photos for shortlisting purposes unless you are certain i know your looks. The photos must be without masks, sunglasses, headgear, and not a side view. Do not provide fake, AI or digitally enhanced photos, as those who look different from their photos will be turned away during the event without a refund.
v) Shortlisting criteria: For past events like this, the shortlisting rate is around 30%. The shortlisting process is based on the likelihood that the applicants will be favored by the majority of attendees, without being lenient or unrealistically stringent in the selections.If not being shortlisted might upset you, affect your self-esteem, or cause dissatisfaction with organiser, it may be better not to apply.
vi) Application process: you may apply via Eventbrite and then email/Whatsapp your 2 photos to Lim.Jerald@gmail.com or 90170885. Alternatively, you may apply via our website here, which has the function for you to attached photos.
vii) Individual applications: it is recommended to apply individually rather than with friends to avoid awkwardness if only one of you gets shortlisted.
viii) Notification: shortlisted applicants will be notified via email and SMS within three days. If you do not receive a notification, it means you were not shortlisted. Our sincere apologies to those who are not selected, but no reasons will be provided.
ix) Verification: during attendance-taking, organiser will conduct quick checks on the full Nric number of everyone's Singpass app to ensure that participants are within the age range.
** You must bring your Singpass mobile app to the event for quick verification that your marital status is Single (open the mobile app > View all > Family > Marital status). Otherwise, you will be turned away, without any refund. As a genuine organiser, we put in reasonable effort to check that attendees are Single.
Venue: a restaurant or food outlet in town. It may not be Halal. Details will only be provided to those confirmed. There may or may not be minimum spending. If there is, it's only from around $10.
Meet-up time: 3:45pm. Session is until around 5:45pm or earlier.
Cost: $8+ for ladies. $28+ for guys. These are admin fees only.
* Rebate of $5 will be provided in cash to attendees who arrived by 4:20pm and after they participated fully for at least until 5:30pm.
