With the success of Love Our Coast at georges @ The Cove, we are excited to bring the program to the Changi area in collaboration with Changi Sailing Club.
georges® has adopted an environmental campaign as part of our corporate social responsibility initiative. Our goal is to raise awareness about environmental protection and the preservation of our coastline and sea. This initiative, named “LOVE OUR COAST,” aims to foster greater care and responsibility towards protecting Singapore’s coastal regions. Conserving these heavily utilized coastal areas is not only crucial for the continued enjoyment of all visitors but also vital in reducing the global threat of ocean plastic waste, which contributes to marine life degradation and global warming. The campaign includes organizing beach clean-up sessions and environmental workshops. Participants will enjoy 15% off their total bill and receive a complimentary Andersen’s dandy cup ice cream.
Participants can receive regular updates via our dedicated Telegram channel, #LoveOurCoast. The environmental workshops, also known as ‘funshops,’ are conducted once a month by environmental experts and scientists from Our Singapore Reefs team or other volunteers. These funshops aim to offer both educational and practical insights into environmental protection and preservation. Protecting the environment is not just a trend; it is our commitment to the future. This aligns with our founding vision to make a difference in people’s lives, creating a sustainable environment for everyone.
