Celebrate the Lunar New Year with the art of making your own traditional Chinese sausages! In this workshop, you’ll learn how to prepare 廣式 sweet lup cheong, create a modern mala-spiced variation, and watch a demo of the classic liver sausage (潤腸). Students will get fully hands-on in mixing, seasoning, and stuffing their own sausages, plus learn how to dry them at home without special equipment.
