Who is Emmanual Tay?
Previously from the waste and recycling industry and still an Exco Member of the Waste Management and Recycling Association of Singapore driving innovation and digital transformation. He is instrumental in driving the digital transformation of the industry by introducing Big Data Analytics in the work and process flow of companies operating in the industry.

Emmanual was invited to many events and dialogues as speaker speaking about using Big Data as a tool to enhance work processes, improving effectiveness and efficiency of the workforce through Data Analytics.
