In 2026, the 398.2 Storytelling Festival invites audiences to journey “Adventures Across the World.” Through 20 vibrant storytelling sessions held online and in libraries across Singapore, listeners will travel through rainforests, oceans, magical kingdoms, and legendary lands. From clever tricksters and fearless heroes to kind creatures and ordinary people making brave choices, each story reveals courage, friendship, humour, and heart. Join us as storytellers bring the world to life—reminding us that wherever we come from, the spirit of adventure and the power of stories can connect us all.

About Storytelling Association (Singapore):

Oral Storytelling is an ancient artform that has woven its way into humanity, bringing people close together, imparting wisdom and adding life to the world.

Beginning in 2006, the association is a place for the appreciation of storytelling, to nurture the growth of storytellers, to support professional storytellers and share information on storytelling events in Singapore.

The Association provides members with opportunities to hone their storytelling skills and share oral stories, at home, at work, in schools and in the community such as the 398.2 Festival.
