Can I cancel my booking and get a refund?

Unfortunately, cancellations and refunds are not available once payment has been made. Please ensure that you are able to attend the workshop before completing your purchase.

Question 2

What will happen if I am late or miss the workshop?

Accepted Answer

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the workshop starts to ensure a smooth check-in process. Latecomers arriving more than 10 minutes after the workshop begins will not be admitted, and their slots will be automatically canceled and no refund will be made.
