Our online workshop will provide you with practical mindfulness techniques to help you stay calm and focused during this crucial period.

A/Prof Faith Chia will be sharing on how to be a supportive parent,

Hannah will be sharing she applies mindfulness to managing exam stress; and

Adj. A/Prof Angie Chew will guide and share techniques in calming nerves and anchoring the mind.

There will be guided practices and stress-relief exercises. You and your child will learn how to reduce anxiety and improve your concentration for better exam performance.

Please note that all course registrations are NON-refundable. Transfer of selected mindfulness courses is subject to a $30 transfer fee and a $10 admin fee for a mindfulness make-up class. There are NO transfers or make-up classes available for all other courses.
