About this event

This event is for Youth Circle Members from Primary 6 to Secondary 5.

Feeling overwhelmed by exams? You’re not alone.

This two-session workshop is designed to support Primary 6 to Secondary 5 students in managing the pressures of exam preparation. Through guided mindfulness practices, students will learn how to stay calm, focused, and emotionally balanced during this challenging period.

The sessions create a safe space for students to share personal struggles that may be affecting their revision, recognise physical and emotional signs of stress, and explore how mindfulness can help them respond more positively to exam pressure. Each session includes time for reflection and hands-on activities to help students feel more grounded and in control of their thoughts and feelings.

This workshop allows participants to:

  • Learn and apply mindfulness techniques to manage exam stress
  • Recognise psychosomatic symptoms and understand what they signal
  • Reflect on personal challenges that affect their ability to revise effectively
