Can two people join the sessions together?

Yes. This is a private course for two people — like you and your partner, or you and a parent/sibling. You’ll both be in every session together with the therapist.

We’re not married. Can we still join?

Absolutely. You don’t need to be married. This course is for anyone in a close relationship — romantic partners, siblings, parents and adult children, etc.

We fight a lot. Will therapy make it worse?

No. The therapist will guide the conversation calmly and make sure both of you feel safe and heard. The goal is not to fight, but to learn how to talk and listen without blame.

Do we have to share everything personal right away?

No. You can take it at your own pace. Nothing will be forced. You only share what you’re comfortable with.

Will we get tools or just talk?
