Want to be more engaging in meetings, presentations—or even small talk? Humour isn’t just for stand-up comedians. It’s a powerful tool to build connection, ease tension, and keep people listening— on stage and in everyday life.

“Humour Hacks for non-Humourous Speakers”

Think you’re about as funny as a durian in the MRT? Perfect. “Humour Hacks for Non-Humourous Speakers” is made for you!

In this 50 mins workshop by Adeline Ng (two-time Singapore speech champion and non-funny ex-lawyer), you’ll learn 3 easy hacks to add laughs to your next speech— drama-free and durian-free.

“Playing all in” is Adeline Ng’s motto in life. As an entrepreneur, business mentor, and Toastmasters, Adeline challenges herself and her mentees to give that little bit more. Always Engaging, often Entertaining, and sometimes Enraging, Adeline loves experimenting with new presentation ideas. She draws on her professional experience in consumer marketing and leadership to help new Toastmasters learn the art of connecting with their audience.
