Walking is the most fundamental human movement, yet most of us "leak" energy through poor form, lazy strides, and misaligned posture. On April 18th, we are turning your daily steps into a high-performance tool for metabolic health.

Join us for this WALK & LEARN workshop.This is not a casual stroll—it is a deep dive into the biomechanics of mindful, powerful movement led by Dr Stacy Chiang Mindfulness Facilitator.


The Blueprint for a Powerful Walk

Most people walk in a way that ignores their core and strains their joints. In this session, we strip back the habits of a lifetime to rebuild your movement from the ground up.

1. Engineered Biomechanics & fat Burning

Forget "lazy strolling." You will learn the physics of a powerful stride. We focus on Joint Protection, Core Engagement and The Power Stride, transitioning from a passive lean to an active, muscle-engaging push. By adjusting your pace, arm swing, and foot strike, you can significantly increase your metabolic demand without the high-impact stress of running.

2. Metabolic Breathing & Mindfulness

Movement is only as effective as the breath that fuels it. You will learn to synchronize diaphragmatic breathing that will activate your body's "Rest n Digest " mode while lowering cortisol levels (the "belly fat" hormone).It sharpens mental clarity , focus and you learn to NOT auto react but respond to situations with intention n presence.

3.Networking; connecting with your Tribe

We unwind, relax and wrap up with coffee/ power drink together in the WildSeed Cafe while munching on NUTREEVO protein bites.
