Heart-Based Listening is a transformative listening practice designed to deepen human connection and healing. The framework is developed based on industry best practices and research. It supports individuals in mental well-being, resilience, and thriving in relationships, workplaces, and communities.

  1. Foundation of Empathetic Conversation: Strengthening presence & connection through R.E.A.L principles
  2. Experiential Listening: Uncovering and validating unspoken emotions
  3. Creating SafeSpaces: Establishing trust for authentic and courageous conversations
  4. Thriving through Listening: Undestanding day to day challenges and use of Heart-Based Listening

  • Get yourself comfortable and uncover how does it feel to be unheard?
  • Basics of Heart-Based Listening
  • Preparing for Listening Breakout Session
  • Listening Breakout Session where you will be paired in dyads or triads to practice listening and sharing.
  • Reflect on the Listening Breakout Session
  • Future of Listening, Group Photo and end of session
