Join me in spending an hour of your time on a Saturday morning to be refreshed through immersing yourself in sight, smell and sound of nature.

After a week of busy city life, work and home, it comes a time to slow down and seek balance in our life. Meditation helps to bring that balance and awareness back into our life, and moderate our everyday stresses in life that we face.

This is a simple non-religious based meditation that is suitable for both experienced practitioner and beginners. The session begins with a slow stroll for about 5 to 8 minutes to the meditation ground. Once we have settled down, we will practice breathing meditation and end the session with some interaction. This meditation session is free for all.

Due to the recent restrictions as annouced by the Singapore Government, we will be moving the meditation session online. The link will be sent to all those who have registered.

What can I bring into the event?

Please bring along a yoga mat or a mat to sit on, some drinking water and dress comfortably. We will ask you to keep your handphones away or to switch it off, so we encourage you not to bring other electronic devices like laptops or tablets.
