Curious about Taiwan’s craft beer scene, brewing with local produce or how does a Coffee Stout brewed with small-batch coffee beans - grown in the majestic Alishan mountains known more for its elegant teas – tastes?

Come ask your questions, try the beers, and meet the minds behind them. The brewers from @taiwanheadbrewery will be here on Thurs 4 Dec from 6pm to 8pm.

What’s pouring:
🧊 GRAIN FULL (WINTER MELON ALE) — a nod to the “cooling” winter melon tea across Asia
🌺 ROSELLE SOUR ALE — tart, floral, ruby-hued
🥭 PASSIONFRUIT SOUR — tropical acidity, brewed with real Taiwanese fruit
🍺 HOPPY LAGER — clean, crisp, hop-driven
🌼 MAJOR HEAT (JASMINE IPA) — jasmine tea aromatics meets West Coast bitterness
☕ MAJOR COLD (COFFEE STOUT) — Alishan-grown beans plus whey for a smooth, sweet finish

🍓 STRAWBERRY CIDER — bright, fresh, unmistakably fruit-forward
