Slots are limited as we want to keep to a small class size for a better training experience!F﻿AQsW﻿hat do you get out of this?Y﻿ou will definitely challenge both yourself physically and mentally, as well as get in a great sweat session!W﻿hat if I don&#x27;t have experience working with Kettlebells?We definitely understand your concern - working with kettlebells can be intimidating to someone who is new!
