About this event
Hi there!
We are Metamorfitus - the first outdoor gym within an urban farm in the central part of Singapore at Henderson!
We love kettlebell and bodyweight training and regularly incorporate these 2 elements in HIIT-based workouts which helps to build strength, stamina and fat loss - all at the same time!
In conjunction with City Sprouts Farmer's Market event, we are offering 2 complimentary Bootcamp Classes called Meta Bootcamp Lite!
If you are someone who loves to work up to a challenging session - this session is definitely worth trying out!

What if I don't have experience working with Kettlebells?
We definitely understand your concern - working with kettlebells can be intimidating to someone who is new! Hence, the kettlebell movements curated into the circuit are highly scalable and can be tweaked to suit your current level of fitness!
What equipment is used?
Kettlebells, Gymnastic Rings, D-Balls and Pull Up Bar are our tool of choice for Bootcamps!
How is Meta Bootcamp LITE different from Meta Bootcamp?
Meta Bootcamp LITE offers half the duration of Meta Bootcamp with around 20 minutes of high intensity training time!
