Day 2 Highlights: Frequency Meets Function

Designed to combat midday mental fatigue, this session uses brainwave entrainment techniques like beta and low-gamma frequencies to enhance concentration, cognitive sharpness, and emotional regulation. Sound therapy at these frequencies supports prefrontal cortex activity, helping you stay focused, alert, and clear-headed. Whether you're heading into meetings or creative work, this 30-minute reset recalibrates your mind and nervous system for high-performance balance.
