Program Outline

By the end of the certification process facilitators will:

• Have a comprehensive understanding of the program content and its outcomes
• Understand all of the program materials and their relationship and purpose with the outcome
• Have opportunities to deliver the content to an audience in a safe environment
• Receive coaching on program knowledge and delivery techniques
• Feel confident & know how to to use the aeqlia learning platform to set-up a session, set up teams, launch Miki Island as well as handle “what ifs scenarios”
